Hi, everybody! In this episode, I have to leave for work so I gotta hurry on the episode description, but we coin an inexplicable phrase, name an object Derek Underwear, and whine about Men in Black goo. Also we talk about a really fascinating and weird album. Enjoy!

Recommended:
2814 - Birth of a New Day
Sun Kil Moon - Common as Light and Love Are Red Valleys of Blood
Porches - The House

We've actually been waiting to do this episode for over a year, because Jacob said we should do this album "when we're good at podcasting". That time never came, and we're all dying, so we thought we'd do it anyway. We discuss why kids don't like to not have money, how we should name aliens, and then we all become possessed and accidentally record a children's audiobook for babies with a proclivity for crime and piss. Enjoy!

Recommended in this episode:
Les Claypool & the Holy Mackerel - Highball with the Devil
Killa Kyleon Mouse on the Track - Welcome to the Fish Fry
Palm - Shadow Expert

Happy regular time again, everyone! The holidays have all died, and with them, gratuitous merrymaking. So join us for this very frank and calm analysis. Just kidding, we are all excited to be in the same room again and we scream about animal anatomy for two hours!! Also: erotic poetry, the importance of 'tonight', and gross childhood misconceptions of sexuality. Oh and we discuss our top albums of 2017! Enjoy!

Our recommendations are the best of lists, so stick around to listen to those! And thank you so much for continuing to listen, we honestly can't understand why. If you're feeling extra generous, write an iTunes review to help us figure it out. Did someone hurt you?

Christmas HamBop continues with a life-hack of how to not get convicted for any crime, ever! We also discuss why Hanson was pressured to change their name, and the return of "I Killed Christgau With My Big Fucking Dick". Merry!

Busman's Holiday - Popular Cycles

Merry Christmas Ham Bop, and to all a good podcast! In this episode we discuss the Afro Man and his wintry escapades, the classification of babies, and what a cat rubbing on a microphone sounds like. Enjoy!

Happy Thanksgiving, cowards! In this, our humble return to form after several ambitious episodes, we tackle the highly ignored 2012 European reissue of Shaggy's "Summer in Kingston", "Rise". Also, what animal is a bat? What kind of pee is shit? And more pressing questions. Oh, this is NSFW, that should have been clear already. Enjoy, and thanks for listening if you did!!

Booooooooo is that the sound of the audience reception to ours, the bad podcast, or just the irritating moans of a ghoul or ghost? Find out in our second episode of Boptober, wherein we discuss the possibility of a Cloth Man, why going to the store is scary, and Crash off-Brandicoot. Enjoy, and happy HalloWEEN!

(sound of a fish's bones screaming) Wel"cum" to.... BOPTOBER! It's the most frightening month of the podcasting year and who KNOWS what kind of scary crap is gonna happen- what if our schedule got all kinds of messed up?! OOOooooOOOOOoooo SpoooooOOOOOOoooooky! Seriously though, sorry folks- we were all busy and stressed and now the episode is a week late. In this one, we discuss Bobby (or "Boris", as he is colloquially known) Pickett's Monster Mash delivery vehicle that frighteningly has 15 more songs on it! We all forget how improv works, but Zane accurately remembers the names of Stevie Wonder albums, and Bug Court returns! Also, Justice edited this one so it might sound wooooOOOOOooooorse!

Phantom Planet - Raise the Dead (https://open.spotify.com/album/40Fpj6JCgw72JpvmTADofq)

In "honor" of Hollywood medium-shot Max Landis's recently published treatise on the works of Carly Rae Jepsen, we discussed her Lisa Loeb-y roots. Other things we are the queen of in this episode: bug anatomy, pants genres, and knowing where John Denver is from. Also, who knew that our discussion of these sensitive folk-pop musings would turn profoundly NSFW?
